Prescription Information

The following are the rules of our company’s prescription policy:

  • Only a legal prescription inscribed in English language and signed by a certified physician shall be considered.
  • The medications that need prescription shall be sent only after the supply of a legal physician’s prescription.
  • The prescription for such medications must reach our company in 15 business days. In case of failure your order shall not be processed. In such situation, Allmedscare.com reserves the right to cancel the order and your order amount may or may not be reimbursed.
  • If you do not have a prescription, you may get it from Allmedscare.com using our board physician’s consultancy services. In this situation you shall provide your medical history and reply to physician survey. The order shall only be sent if our on board physician agrees with the treatment and prescribes the ordered medications. Orders for the medicines that are not permitted by our on board physician shall be reimbursed back to the source account.

  • You acknowledge that your order shall get cancelled, in case you fail to email the scan copy of prescription at care@allmedscare.com.

Do not forget to write the order number along with your name inside the email. We strictly advice you to refer your native doctor before placing the order for the prescription drugs through our online portal. If you have any type of query, you may either call on our toll-free number or can also request a call-back. Our customer care executive will contact you at the earliest.

It is mandatory to provide us with a doctor’s prescription on purchase of certain medications. Our customer support service will contact you personally, if particular drugs may require you to furnish legitimate prescriptions. After you place an order for the drug, fax or email us the prescription. Please read the policy below to know more in detail:
